Title: Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management

Contract Length: 6 months (extendable)

Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support the analysis and documentation of functional and nonfunctional requirements for provisioning, access, and application management. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance IAM processes, ensure data integrity, and investigate improvement opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in IAM
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
• Hands-on experience with provisioning, applications, and SailPoint
• Proficient with Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Understanding of Identity & Access Management and data reporting

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Technical aptitude with scripting tools (Python, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with banking environments
• Experience using SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar tools
