Our client (with offices in Toronto & Ottawa) is looking for an experienced Family Law Lawyer. This position is client-focused, requiring a high level of professionalism, transparency, diligence, and respect.

The ideal candidate possesses strong client service skills, with the ability to navigate legal matters effectively to secure favorable resolutions. Formulate and draft court documents including separation agreement, Divorce Settlements and all other corresponding paperwork

Requirements / Responsibilities:

• 2 to 6 years of Post-Call experience as a Family Law Lawyer

• Ability to carry their own files, from start to finish

• Able to draft pleadings, motion material, conference material & mediation briefs

• Attend mediation, arbitration and other court sessions, including trials independently or assist Partners with a trial/appeal

• Must be able to draft complex FS and NFP statements
