Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Technology Specialist will play a key role in supporting and optimizing recruitment systems. The focus is on configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday Recruiting, Phenom CRM, and related platforms to drive recruitment efficiency, ensure data integrity, and elevate the user experience. The specialist will partner with IT, vendors, and HR stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions aligned with broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting workflows and system settings
- Manage system integrations, troubleshooting, and upgrades
- Provide support and training to Talent Acquisition stakeholders
- Develop reports and dashboards to track recruitment performance
- Conduct system audits and manage EIB data uploads
- Ensure compliance with internal data and privacy standards
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Serve as the liaison between HR Technology and Talent Acquisition teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience (Recruiting module)
- Workday Pro – Recruiting certification preferred
- Experience with Phenom CRM is a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of HRIS integrations, EIBs, and data flow
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
