As a Jr. Sales Executive, you seek out & sign-up new clients, using the City Wide defined target market. You run the full cycle from lead generation to close and prepare to pass the client after the sale to the account management team. The Jr. Sales Executive at City Wide is a high-activity role that requires excellent prospecting, territory building and closing skills. Successful first year Jr. Sales Executives earn $75-$100K with second year peak performers averaging minimum $130K+.
This position offers an uncapped commission structure.
Essential Functions:
- Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients.
- Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding prospective client needs, creating proposals and making presentations.
- Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals & Quotes.
- Continually build your prospect pipeline daily, achieving metrics, winning business.
- Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information.
- Close business prospects based on the City Wide target market and sales objectives.
- Enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere.
- Prospecting in an assign territory of the Peel region of GTA.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements:
You are a strong hunter and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals. You have existing relationships that will help you quickly establish a portfolio of clients. You have exceptional listening and questioning skills, love to find and close new business, sell value instead of price, and develop long-lasting customer relationships. You should be proud of your numbers and eager to tell us how your sales results make you the best candidate to join our growing team.
Requirements
- High School diploma required, bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- 1 or 2+ years outside B2B sales experience (Janitorial Sales, Office Supplies, Uniform Companies, Car Rental Companies experience preferred).
- Fresh College Graduates who have zeal to learn and are competitive are also welcome.
- Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets required.
- Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close.
- Experience within a short sales cycle with strong closing skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
- Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler President Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred.
- Outgoing, dynamic personality.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting.
- Strong MS Office, including Outlook.
- Valid Drivers License and personal car to drive for work
