We're hiring a Technical Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and transformation of sales and fulfillment workflows within a Salesforce environment. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to map current processes, identify gaps, and help implement effective solutions that integrate seamlessly with platforms like Workday, Salesforce, and third-party systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyze and document current sales and fulfillment workflows, and align them with proposed Salesforce functionality.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and evaluate workflow improvement options.
• Develop clear technical documentation including process maps, gap analyses, and functional requirements.
• Ensure successful integration of new workflows with existing systems (Salesforce, Workday, SAP, and others).
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with strong process and workflow analysis expertise.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with experience facilitating workshops and delivering actionable insights.
