IT Support Team Lead (Hybrid-Mississauga): Up to $105,000 base

Toronto's leading MSP is seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to join their team!

Work with leading IT and networking technologies and Fortune 500 clients!

Work from home most of the week!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT Support team, delegate tickets, train and mentor the juniors, and act as the most senior point of escalation
• Engage with customers on support calls
• Troubleshoot IT Infrastructure and Network technologies
• Work on IT Projects

Skills/Must have:

• Leadership and mentorship experience
• Customer engagement and support experience
• Strong Infrastructure experience: VMware, Servers, Windows, Azure, MS365 Suite
• Strong Networking: Routers, Switches, Wireless, Firewalls
