Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
To provide administrative and operational support, assisting with client communication, to execute transaction processing & trades, and follow-up.
This role involves handling client inquiries, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Responding to client inquiries, managing phone calls and emails, and handling client-related correspondence.
- Transaction Processing: processing and confirming client transactions, executing trade orders, and following up on transfers and documentation.
- Administrative Support: Maintaining account lists, compiling statistical information, preparing reports, and organizing client files.
- Client Service: Providing ongoing service and support to clients, ensuring their information is accurate and up-to-date, and resolving issues effectively.
- General Office Duties: Performing various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Some experience in a financial services environment.
- Certifications: Completion of relevant securities courses (Canadian Securities Course -CSC).
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including clerical duties related to client management.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
- Strong typing skills for efficient documentation and correspondence.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in reports.
- Experience in retail operations is advantageous, providing a welcoming environment for clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
