Position Summary
Responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates to fill entry-level or intermediate administrative positions for our clients.
Key Accountabilities
Create and advertise job postings on external and internal websites
Conduct extensive searches using both our internal database and online tools to develop a longlist of candidates
Conduct phones screens
Schedule and conduct structured interview (in person or virtual)
Ensure compliance to labour standards and non-discrimination
Assess attributes and skills through a variety of techniques
Prepare a summary of each candidate interviewed, assessing their strengths, weaknesses, interests and objectives.
Create and maintain active talent pools using our ATS
Submit qualified candidates to Account Manager
Prepare and coach candidates prior to interviews and conduct a follow up after
Follow up on behalf of candidates on their status with Account Manager
Perform Reference checks
Provide assistance on any recruitment project
Prepare paperwork for criminal and/or credit checks ensuring accuracy of data
Respond to candidates questions in a timely manner
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
Previous experience in high volume recruitment in a VMS environment would be ideal- Previous knowledge using Bullhorn is an asset
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal required
