Some of what you will do in this role includes:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field prospecting
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and develop customized proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
- 3+ years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience in a new business development role
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to sell into multiple verticals and manage a long sales cycle
Base + Commissions for OTE of $100K+, including 6 months of guaranteed commissions.
