MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our Printing Industry client to find a first-class Sales Representative to join their team in Toronto, ON. The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive new business growth and expand the customer base through prospecting, networking, and delivering tailored solutions to a variety of clients.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and field prospecting
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and develop customized proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • 3+ years of successful B2B or B2C sales experience in a new business development role
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to sell into multiple verticals and manage a long sales cycle
Compensation:
Base + Commissions for OTE of $100K+, including 6 months of guaranteed commissions.
