With major growth underway, they're looking for a Site Superintendent who's ready to take the reins on high-profile projects across Manitoba in a rotating travel schedule (fully covered). • What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the site – Manage all aspects of construction from mobilization to closeout.
  • Lead crews with confidence – Motivate site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure everyone is aligned on goals and standards.
  • Be the safety champion – Implement and uphold an industry-leading safety culture.
  • Keep things moving – Drive schedule, solve problems before they happen, and remove roadblocks fast.
  • Deliver quality – Maintain high standards in workmanship, inspections, and reporting.
  • Collaborate and communicate – Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

  What You Bring:

  • 4+ years as a Site Superintendent in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction
  • Experience running builds of $10M+ (start to finish)
  • Carpentry trade background and/or Gold Seal Certification (an asset)
  • Strong grasp of self-performed work (concrete and carpentry experience preferred)
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Leadership that inspires – clear communicator, decisive, and proactive problem solver
