Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours

T4 Pay Rate: $45.00/hour

Location: Hybrid – Saskatoon SK, S7K 5R6

Our Client's Commercial Planning team is seeking a Sr. Analyst for a temporary (~6-month assignment) to support improvement of business processes and supporting systems, ensuring alignment with the enterprise strategy and integrated vision.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Planning, this person will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Operations, Sales, TD&L, Commercial Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, to assist in design, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

• Assist in managing & maintaining the Netback process in IBP for all nutrients and alignment to the data load into the financial system

• Analysis of Data in IBP to ensure that inputs from source system are accurate and feedback to teams who own data where discrepancies are identified

• Maintain detailed workflows, processes documents and support materials to create transparency and sustainable practices

• Provide both scheduled and ad-hoc training sessions to IBP stakeholders

• Supporting the regular use, training and quarterly upgrades of the IBP technology

• Drive alignment between stakeholders by identifying risks and opportunities

• Foster a culture of independent continuous improvement, curiosity and innovation across the Commercial Operating Segment.

• Maintain & improve efficiency of master data in IBP tool

• Organization and completeness of process documentation

• Develop, create and maintain reporting requirements tracking accuracy

MUST HAVE

• Post-secondary education with 4 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to focus on ensuring tasks and work is done correctly with an emphasis on balancing and reconciling when necessary.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines & competing priorities with limited direct supervision.

• Detail oriented with a passion for data and problem solving, driven by a high level of curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.

• High degree of personal ownership and accountability for all work products.

• Team spirit, flexible, positive attitude, client-centric focus.

• Advanced skills in all Microsoft 365 applications with a high skill level in Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP IBP
