Job Description

Airswift is working with one of our major clients in the Oil & Gas industry to find a Project Coordinator III to join their team in Calgary, AB. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage space planning projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and optimize workspace utilization to meet evolving business needs. This role involves scenario planning, data-driven decision-making, and managing the execution of projects within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Consult with internal clients to develop cost-effective space solutions.
  • Maintain and analyze space data using Tango (FM tool) to inform decisions.
  • Negotiate and build strong client relationships while managing scope, design, and budget.
  • Develop occupancy and migration plans for large-scale projects (e.g., building restacks).
  • Provide reports and analysis to support data-driven decisions.
  • Educate clients on space policies and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with REWS team members to deliver integrated services.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in occupancy planning, space planning, interior design, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in occupancy planning or project management.
  • Strong project management skills; certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CAFM tools (Tango preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid role with office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
  • Occasional travel required for site visits.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and attention to detail.

Location: Calgary

Duration: 1-year contract with possibility of extension

Schedule: Hybrid (In office - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; Remote - Wednesdays and Fridays)
