Project Manager (Building Science)

Responsibilities
The Project Manager will deliver high-performance, durable, and cost-effective building science engineering solutions across the residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. As the Project Manager, you are committed to providing consistent, high-quality service through innovative, value-driven engineering solutions.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Site investigation and evaluation of existing buildings
- Preparation of reports and studies
- Preparation of designs for new construction and rehabilitation projects
- Undertake/oversee building condition assessments, field investigation work such as leak investigations of all aspects of the building envelope, including roofs, walls, windows, and foundations
- Project management, contract administration, and field reviews
- Design and analysis to determine effective repair alternatives
- Coordination with other engineering and architectural disciplines
- Oversee and provide training to staff
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Building Science or Building Envelope experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with P. Eng. designation.
- Experience with new construction or building envelope rehabilitation projects.
- Minimum 5 years prior building science experience
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service and developing technical expertise in building science
- Self-motivated, fast learner with a desire to continually learn and grow
