Alberco Construction is a General Contractor focused on the Bridge and Water Infrastructure industry. Our office is located in St. Albert, Alberta. In addition to General Contracting, Alberco self-performs cast-in-place concrete.

Alberco completes projects in the Edmonton, Red Deer and northern Alberta areas. Our projects range from $10k to $150M.

Alberco is currently looking for a Project Manager as described below.

Work Responsibilities

The role of the Project Manager at Alberco is Start to Finish on our projects:

•Estimating

•Bringing on Subcontractors, Issuing Subcontracts

•Budgeting, Procurement, Cost Control, Scheduling

•In-house temporary works engineering (if applicable)

•Monthly Reporting

•Commissioning

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required:

•E.I.T. or P.Eng. registered with APEGA, or C.E.T. registered with ASET

•Minimum 3 Years as a Project Manager managing similar projects (Bridges / Water)

•Proficient in English

•Strong technical knowledge of Civil Construction in Alberta

The following will be considered an asset:

•5+ Years previously as a Project Coordinator or similar Role

•Bluebeam / CAD experience

•Client / Owner or Consultant References

Compensation

• 110k to 180k per year plus profit sharing
• 5% RRSP matching
