A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Jr. Project Manager for Industrial projects, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility by managing various construction and maintenance projects. You will work closely with senior project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic factory setting.

Your Tasks:

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day activities of facility projects, ensuring they progress according to plan and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers, managing relationships and ensuring they adhere to project requirements.
  • uality Control: Monitor and enforce quality standards and safety protocols throughout project execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
