We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our procurement operations. This role will focus on expediting parts, updating data to ensure proper integrity, and assisting with developments through Microsoft Power Apps. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management within a fast-paced environment.
Position Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Expedite Parts & Orders: Track, follow up, and facilitate timely delivery of materials and components from suppliers.
- Data Management & Integrity: Maintain accurate records in supply chain databases, validate information, and ensure data consistency.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays or discrepancies efficiently.
- Process Optimization: Utilize Microsoft Power Apps to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve data handling.
Position Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps or willingness to learn and apply automation tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
