Our client is currently seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to join their Calgary office Downtown. An ideal candidate will collaborate with accounting team members to provide effective, timely, and efficient services to both internal and external clients, in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization.

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Junior Accountant to join their Calgary office Downtown. An ideal candidate will collaborate with accounting team members to provide effective, timely, and efficient services to both internal and external clients, in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Issue and manage invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Ensure timely and accurate billing
- Prepare and review customer invoices
- Submit customer invoices through various platforms
- Post customer invoices in the accounting system
- Monitor integrated accounts daily to promptly identify and resolve customer invoices rejections
- Identify and correct discrepancies
- Business or Accounting Diploma with a minimum of 3+ years' of related experience
- Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Effective communication skills
