Fifth Avenue Volkswagen Service Porter

Join our team as a Service Porter and become the VIP of vehicle valeting and care! Your role includes not just valeting and moving client vehicles, but also wearing our cool uniform with pride and maintaining a professional demeanor around our cherished clients. You might even get to add some excitement with shuttle and courier duties or lend a hand in maintenance tasks as needed. Reporting to our Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of our service excellence!

Pay Schedule

Pay is $3,000/month Salary to Start

Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 to 4:30pm

Duties

Front Breezeway

· Starts work at 7:30 am and stays in front breezeway until 8:30am assisting Advisors.

· Vehicles must be removed and parked in rear lot on an ongoing and regular basis with key tag marked and placed on board (check bay regularly)

· Breezeway area must be kept clean.

Vehicle Details

· Clean exterior (wash dark colors with mitt)

· Perform minor details when required

· Assist Detail Department when required

Loaners

· Loaners must be inspected immediately after return with ARS return completed.

· Loaners are to be cleaned and fueled (if required) with receipt returned to Manager.

Quality Control

· Inspect interior and exterior for job related messiness and clean on serviced/repaired vehicles

· Report any unusual vehicle operation to Service Manager or Assistant Manager

· All vehicles must be parked at or close to the front 15 stalls

Lot Maintenance

· Keep lot and vehicles organized

· Keep wash bay areas clean

· Wash carwash daily
