Jombone is currently hiring a detail-driven Bilingual Data Entry & Translation Associate to support our Quebec market by translating, localizing, and maintaining our website content and marketing materials. Responsibilities Include:

• Translate English content into Quebec French while preserving tone and context.
• Ensure translated materials are culturally relevant and grammatically correct.
• Proofread and edit translations for accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain website descriptions and product information tailored to the Quebec market.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet tight deadlines.
• Use translation tools and CMS platforms to streamline workflow.
• Uphold data security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bilingual fluency in English and French (Quebec-specific) — written and verbal.
• 2–3 years of professional translation experience (English to French).
• Strong background in data entry, translation, proofreading, and content editing.
• Deep understanding of Quebec French nuances, terminology, and tone.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Proficiency in translation software (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ) a strong asset.
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Certified Translator (CT) designation is an asset but not required.
