A global manufacturing group is hiring an ERP Business Analyst to support their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, with a strong focus on the Retail and Sales modules. This is a key role on the ERP team, where you'll work closely with business leads across North America to define solutions, improve processes, and support ongoing enhancements tied to their D365 rollout.
What You'll Be Doing
Gather and document business requirements for Retail and Sales modules
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to design scalable solutions
Participate in testing, data mapping, and functional spec development
Deliver hands-on support to D365 users and troubleshoot issues
Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements
Support training efforts and contribute to user documentation
Work as part of a growing ERP team supporting North American operations
What They're Looking For
5+ years ERP implementation experience (D365 F&O preferred)
Proven experience with Retail and Sales modules in a manufacturing or consumer environment
Strong stakeholder communication and business analysis skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience supporting multi-site or North American rollouts is a strong asset
BA certification or Agile experience is a plus
