Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Gas Fitter 1 with their Refrigeration license to join our clients growing GTA team.
NOTE: Only those applicants who have their 313a AND G1 license will be called for an interview
The primary duties of this will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, products and systems, primarily in the commercial market. We specialize in rooftop units and will continue to build on this as well as other HVAC areas. You will be servicing clients across the GTA and only need to come into the office/shop as needed for supplies and equipment etc.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Current Gas Fitter 1 with Refrigeration Certificate of Qualification 313A license
- Minimum 5 years HVAC/R service and sales experience with demonstration of excellent customer
- A valid, clean, and current provincial Driver's License
What you will be Doing:
- Represent the company in a professional, courteous and customer service oriented manner on each and every call
- Read, interpret, create and maintain drawings and specifications
- Install air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and related equipment and components
- Overhaul and service air conditioning, refrigeration, heating units and systems
- Repair, replace and adjust worn or broken parts on condensers, compressors, and water and vacuum pumps
- Repair and adjust valves, piping connections, fittings, and couplings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, refrigeration and air conditioning units and systems
- Install motors, thermostats, and humidistats
- Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
- Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned apprentices
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations
- Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations
