Senior Account Executive

Intiveo is growingand we're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our high-performing Inside Sales team. In this senior-level role, you will play a key part in driving revenue, mentoring team members, and influencing strategic sales initiatives. You are a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, passionate about closing full-cycle deals and making an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a strong emphasis on strategic outbound initiatives.
  • Work closely with SDRs and Marketing to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality leads.
  • Develop customized sales strategies to engage multi-stakeholder decision-making groups in dental and specialty practices.
  • Lead discovery and demo calls that clearly articulate the value of Intiveo's platform to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver feedback and shape go-to-market efforts.
  • Mentor and support junior Account Executives by sharing best practices, strategies, and providing coaching as needed.
  • Act as a thought leader on the Sales team, contributing to process improvement and sales strategy development.

Who You Are

  • A proven sales professional with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-velocity environment.
  • A top performer with a track record of exceeding quota and influencing sales outcomes.
  • Comfortable selling into mid-market and enterprise-level organizations, navigating complex buying committees.
  • Process-driven and data-informed, with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Passionate about healthcare technology and its impact on improving patient care.
  • A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a competitive edge, a collaborative spirit, and a growth mindset.
