POSITION: Manufacturer

DUTIES: In this role, you will require the use basic hand-tools (saws, drills, nail guns) and operate a Norfield machine to manufacture and assemble exterior door units.

SHIFT: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

COMPENSATION: Hourly – dependent on experience starts at $20/hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Experience with a Norfield machine preferred

  • Door shop/industry experience an asset

  • Carpentry/woodworking experience preferred

  • Attention to detail and quality, and familiarity with basic hand and power tools

  • A basic mathematical aptitude and understanding of imperial measurements to the 1/32 of an inch

  • Familiarity with basic shop tools (saws, nail guns, pneumatic tools, and drills)

  • Physical ability to frequently and safely lift up to 50 lbs. for entire shift
