Swadron Associates, a dynamic litigation boutique located in the heart of downtown Toronto, is seeking a Litigation Law Clerk to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated legal professional who is looking to contribute to meaningful legal work within a supportive and flexible work environment.
About the Role

• The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in civil litigation practice and procedure, including:
• Proficiency with Case Center
• Experience with estate proceedings
• Comfortable working with document-heavy files
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-assisted litigation tools
• This role requires initiative, accuracy, and a commitment to supporting complex legal matters from start to finish.

What We Offer

• Salary range: $55,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience
• Full-time, permanent position
