49 Solutions is seeking a dynamic Project Management Specialist for an RFP bid to lead and manage a variety of projects within the Bank of Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals, develop plans, and track progress. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and issues.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Facilitate meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in information technology, project management, business analysis or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience using Agile or hybrid delivery approaches (Agile/Waterfall) to deliver strategic projects
- A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience on medium-to-large sized projects
- Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of an organization using clear and compelling written products and oral presentations/briefings.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple initiatives concurrently and effectively managing interdependencies
- Project Management Institute (PMI) - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certifications
- SCRUM Master Certification
- Secret security clearance
