The Opportunity

Superior Forklift is looking for an organized Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As the Parts Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately processing all incoming and outgoing orders in a timely manner as well as ensuring all parts are neatly and accurately stored.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Parts Warehouse Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ship and receive goods to and from internal and external shipping places of origin
  • Maintain parts inventory and organization
  • Receive, fill, and process work orders
  • Review and investigate outstanding purchase orders
  • Prepare and track freight claims as well as initiating vendor claims
  • Conduct general warehousing duties, such as stocking shelves and filling customer orders
  • Participate in inventory counts

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Forklift certification
  • Previous work experience in a warehouse environment or experience working with parts is a strong asset
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • A willingness to learn and grow

The base pay range for this role is: $54,000 to $59,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
