• Develop and document statements of requirements for proposed solutions

• Analyze functional requirements to identify key information, procedures, and decision flows

• Evaluate current methods and document existing database content, structure, and application subsystems

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary

• Define and document interfaces between manual and automated systems, as well as integration with external systems

• Identify and redesign business processes, prototype solutions, and recommend improvements

• Establish acceptance test criteria in collaboration with the client

• Apply industry methodologies such as IIBA BABOK and SAFe Agile

• Lead business analysis initiatives and mentor junior BAs
