Larry's Sports is looking for Enthusiastic and Goal Oriented Assistant Store Manager.

Larry's is known for its extraordinary staff who drive business by servicing its customers at an industry leading level. As an Assistant Manager you are a leader and forward thinker. You are both proactive and reactive and always putting our customers first. You lead by example and hold high expectations for yourself and staff you manage.

The Assistant Manager role is hands-on and relies deeply on your leadership, coaching and communication skills. You will learn how to train and educate staff while maintaining extraordinary customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Grow a successful business by driving sales through leadership, training and problem solving

- Work closely with Store Manager and Ownership to strategize and achieve business goals.

- Inventory Management: placing orders with vendors, receiving products into POS system, warranty processing

- Managing all social media channels

- Opening, closing and cash handling

- Assist Customers with Equipment Fitting and any other needs. Answer emails and phone calls.

- Store Organization: Merchandising products and ensuring store cleanliness

- Web-sales: Assist managing multiple electronic sales channels

Requirements:

- Must be able to work 5 days per week including weekends.

- Sales Experience

- Managerial Experience

- Hockey Player or Fan

Pay: $22.50-$27.50 per hour
