We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Marketing Director to lead our performance marketing, content marketing, social media, and B2B marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Define the overarching strategy for paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), ensuring alignment between the Performance Marketing Manager and broader business goals.
- Optimize ROI and CAC efficiency across channels, leveraging data analytics and A/B testing.
- Oversee funnel performance, conversion rate optimization, and retention strategies.
Social Media, Content & Community Engagement
- Set the vision for noissue's social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), working closely with the Social Media team to execute engaging, on-brand campaigns.
- Drive influencer and UGC collaborations to expand reach within key customer segments and industry verticals.
- Ensure cohesive storytelling across digital touchpoints to foster a loyal community and build noissue's reputation as leaders in the branded packaging space .
B2B Marketing
- Work with our B2B sales leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy.
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM), partnerships, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Oversee content marketing, email campaigns, and thought leadership to solidify noissue's position as a packaging leader for our target customer groups and industries.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing with company objectives.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure compelling, consistent brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in performance marketing, social media, and content marketing preferably in eCommerce, and/or B2B industries.
- Proven track record in scaling paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, etc.) with measurable ROI.
- Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
- Solid understanding of B2B lead generation, CRM (HubSpot), and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on core performance metrics and results.
- Passion for branding and businesses within the retail, ecommerce, and hospitality sectors.
