About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer/Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and drive innovation. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements to existing Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process enhancement.

Perform data migration, system upgrades, and platform optimizations.

Mandatory Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Platform Developer

Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or Consultant

Any Salesforce.com Designer or Architecture certifications

Nice-to-Have Knowledge:

Azure DevOps: Ability to demonstrate experience with deployment and version control.

Copado DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Nice-to-Have Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer II

Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Copado Certification(s)

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Salesforce development and administration.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have authorization to work in Canada

Must hold a university/College degree
