Our client in the public sector is seeking SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support their SuccessFactors modules.
Location: Mainly remote, some hybrid - Kitchener/Waterloo area
Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and rollout of SuccessFactors modules across various public sector business units.
- Analyze and document HR business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and advise on best practices aligned with public sector HR frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration with SAP HCM, Payroll, Time, and third-party systems.
- Lead testing efforts including test plan creation, system integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Support data migration, validation, and system readiness tasks.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to HR stakeholders and system administrators.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy laws, union requirements, and audit standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Expertise in one or more modules: Employee Central (EC), Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation.
- Certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules is strongly preferred.
- Public sector project experience, including unionized environments and regulated HR practices.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes such as employee lifecycle, organizational management, talent management, and compliance.
