Marvel Recruiters a boutique recruitment agency based in Toronto is looking for a motivated and curious Learning & Development Intern to join our team this summer!
If you're passionate about creating engaging learning experiences, love organizing ideas (and maybe color-coding them too), and are excited to turn big ideas into practical programs this is your moment.
What You'll Be Working On:
Assist in designing training materials (think presentations, e-learning content, handouts)
Support the coordination of workshops and development sessions
Track employee progress and gather feedback for improvement
Conduct research on L&D trends and best practices
Collaborate with different teams to identify training needs
Help evaluate program effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback
Bring fresh ideas to the table during team brainstorms
Who Were Looking For:
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related fields
Clear communicator both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
Prior experience in L&D or HR is great (but not required!)
Familiarity with Canva or similar platforms is a plus
