Marvel Recruiters a boutique recruitment agency based in Toronto is looking for a motivated and curious Learning & Development Intern to join our team this summer!

If you're passionate about creating engaging learning experiences, love organizing ideas (and maybe color-coding them too), and are excited to turn big ideas into practical programs this is your moment.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Assist in designing training materials (think presentations, e-learning content, handouts)

• Support the coordination of workshops and development sessions

• Track employee progress and gather feedback for improvement

• Conduct research on L&D trends and best practices

• Collaborate with different teams to identify training needs

• Help evaluate program effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback

• Bring fresh ideas to the table during team brainstorms

Who Were Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related fields

• Clear communicator both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player

• Prior experience in L&D or HR is great (but not required!)

• Familiarity with Canva or similar platforms is a plus
