Key Responsibilities:

Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team and / or studio, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.

Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance studio efficiency and profitability.

Lead and mentor a team of designers, project managers, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

Ensure seamless coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams.

Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and technology to maintain the firm's competitive edge.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

10+ years full-time post-grad experience in interior design, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in hospitality, high-rise residential or luxury design.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).

Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
