Who we need
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development, we are looking for an Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development to join the Scene+ team. In this new role, you will support the evolution and growth of one of Canada's leading lifestyle loyalty programs. You will contribute to strategic planning and corporate development initiatives, conduct market and competitive research, prepare executive and board materials, and coordinate cross-functional projects. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving alignment and execution across the business.
This is a hybrid role, working 5 days over a 2-week period in the office.

From shaping Board and Executive Leadership Team presentations to supporting high-priority initiatives such as partnership evaluations, this role offers direct exposure to executive-level decision-making.

You will contribute to business cases, coordinating cross-functional input, and supporting company-wide strategic initiatives.

As our new Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development, you will:
- Support strategy development and execution. You will contribute to the development and alignment of the Scene+ corporate strategy by conducting market, trend, and competitor research. Your insights will help inform strategic priorities, partnership opportunities, and decision-making across the organization.
- Create and manage executive materials. You will prepare clear, compelling presentations and briefing materials for the Board, Leadership Teams, and Town Halls. You will also help document meeting outputs, including minutes and action items, and assist in tracking progress on key initiatives.
- Coordinate strategic projects. You will support the planning and coordination of cross-functional projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to keep initiatives on track. You will help identify gaps, propose process improvements, and support execution to drive strategic outcomes.
- Monitor and report on performance. You will help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), gathering input from across the business and ensuring data is accurate and actionable.
You bring:
- The strategic background. You are an Analyst or Associate in consulting and are ready to take the next step into an in-house role. You are looking for an opportunity to apply your skills where you can see the long-term impact of your work. You have supported cross-functional teams, contributed to strategic planning, and created executive-ready materials for high-level decisions. Experience in loyalty, financial services, or retail is an asset.
- Structured thinking and analytical strength. You are a critical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems. You are skilled at conducting market research, building financial models, and creating business cases that turn data into clear, actionable recommendations. You can navigate ambiguity and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Communication and collaboration skills. You build trust across teams and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You communicate clearly in writing and presentations and know how to tailor your message to senior audiences. You handle confidential information professionally and approach your work with a collaborative, can-do attitude.
- Presentation and technical skills. You are highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with a sharp eye for detail and a focus on clarity. You know how to create visually compelling, executive-level decks. Familiarity with tools like Tableau or other data visualization platforms is an asset.
- Ownership. You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable shifting gears as business needs evolve. You bring high accountability and deliver quality work under tight timelines.
