Position Summary:The Account and Media Manager, Marketing is a key member of the Marketing Department and serves as the primary liaison between our internal teams and external partners, including advertising agencies, sponsors, licensors, and third-party producers. The ideal candidate brings agency-side experience and excels at building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for external partners including advertising agencies, media buyers, licensors, and third-party producers.
- Assist the Senior Director, Marketing & Ticketing with managing the daily operations of the online media buying team
- Manage day-to-day communications and expectations between internal marketing and creative teams and outside collaborators.
- Coordinate the development, approval, and delivery of marketing assets to third parties in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Track campaign progress, performance metrics, and deliverables; compile and share regular reports with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with production goals and partnership agreements.
- Support the Director of Marketing with administrative and strategic tasks related to campaign oversight and partnership coordination.
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring continued collaboration and identifying new opportunities for mutual success.
- B2B Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of B2B marketing strategies to drive event sales, sponsorship opportunities, and customer loyalty across all market segments.
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively solve problems to maintain a high standard of service and campaign delivery.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, client services, or marketingpreferably in an agency or entertainment environment.
- Experience with online media buying and reporting is a must. Experience with managing and reporting on Meta Ads, Google Ads and Programmatic.
- Proven experience managing external partnerships and balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of advertising campaigns, timelines, media planning, and performance reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- A detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach with a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with live entertainment, arts marketing, LBE or immersive experiences is a strong asset.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Google Data Looker, Power BI) is a strong asset
- A strong knowledge of the SMERF, MICE and Tour and Travel markets.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
