We are looking for a Project Manager for our Account Management & Implementations team. This role is responsible for orchestrating various client-facing projects, from initial scoping and planning to execution and successful delivery. A strong emphasis on organizational skills is paramount, as you will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, track progress meticulously, mitigate risks, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for client requests and new implementations.
  • Organizational Management: Maintain highly organized project documentation, schedules, and communication logs. Utilize project management tools to meticulously track tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring effective collaboration between Account Managers, clients, technical teams, and operations.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Scope Management: Manage project scope, ensuring all changes are properly documented, approved, and communicated to avoid scope creep.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, clear, and concise project status updates to all stakeholders, including clients and internal leadership. Prepare detailed reports on project performance, budget, and resource utilization.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Support: Assist Account Managers in understanding client needs, translating them into actionable project plans, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Implementation Oversight: Oversee the successful implementation of new solutions or services for clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify best practices for future projects.
QualificationsRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing or implementation-focused role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience in the supply chain/logistics industry.
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
