Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead hardscaping crews on residential and commercial projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans.

• Oversee installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape features.

• Coordinate schedules, materials, and job progress with project managers and clients.

• Ensure safety compliance and maintain quality standards on site.

• Manage site logistics and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on hardscaping experience.

• 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
