In the role you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing parts shipments at our dealership as well as serving as a back-up to our Parts Driver in picking up and delivering parts to and from our customers, other dealerships and vendors. We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented individual who has the initiative and drive to learn and grow. For the right candidate, this is a stepping stone to a career as we will support you through the apprenticeship program and in obtaining your Journeyman Parts ticket!

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect and verify parts orders and shipments to ensure accuracy
• Load and unload all parts deliveries ensuring they are put away correctly to maintain accurate inventory within the parts department
• Prepare customer orders and processing product returns
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate records for reporting and tracking
• Inventory management and general support for the Parts Department
• Pick-up and deliver parts to and from our customers

Ideal Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving is considered an asset, but not necessary as we are willing to train!
• Strong customer service skills
• Sound mathematical aptitude and computer literacy
• Good organization, time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
• MUST possess a valid driver's license
