Country Hills Ford is looking to hire a professional and reliable part-time Delivery Coordinator to join their team!

The Delivery Coordinator ensures a high level of service so that every customer drives away with a sense of elevated ownership. They handle the entire delivery process, which includes educating customers so they are well acquainted will all vehicle personalization features. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicle accessories and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the pre-delivery process has been properly performed and that the vehicle is ready for the client
• Personalize vehicle delivery to the customer's needs by demonstrating the features of the vehicle and assist with set-up if necessary
• Update weekly all inbound vehicle books/manuals to vehicles on order and status
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Issue purchase orders for various vendors

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Maintain a professional appearance
• A warm, friendly, and out-going personality
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• The desire to exceed customer expectations
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
• Excellent MS Office, computer, and Social Networking skills

Hours and Pay:

• Monday – Thursday, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• $18.00 - $20.00 an hour, depending on experience
