Position: Marketing Assistant
Location: Vancouver, Canada (On‐site)
What You'll Do
- Craft and publish multi‐channel marketing content (emails, social media, blog posts, etc.)
- Manage and grow our brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and beyond
- Plan and execute seasonal and thematic campaigns (Mother's Day, Father's Day, holiday promos)
- Track performance metrics (open rates, engagement, conversions), generate reports, and propose optimizations
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align messaging with platform enhancements
Who You Are
- Proficient with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools; UI/UX experience a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and strategies
- Native‐level English writing and speaking skills; clear, engaging copy
- Conversationally fluent in Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related field
- Detail‐oriented, reliable, and collaborative with strong communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
