This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape the future of infrastructure in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing project teams through coaching, mentoring, and providing new growth

  • Promote the company's core values and drive a culture of safety, collaboration, and quality.

  • Create strategies and action plans to address execution challenges and maintain project

    momentum.

  • Build and sustain a dedicated and skilled workforce.

  • Champion new construction technologies, systems, and innovations that position the company as

    an industry leader.

  • Support business development by nurturing strong client, consultant, subcontractor, and

    stakeholder relationships.

  • Measure success by project performance, financial results, safety compliance, client satisfaction,

    team engagement, and leadership development.

What You Bring to the Table?

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 15 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 8 years leading large, complex projects.

  • Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing teams.

  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage diverse external and internal relationships.

  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and construction-specific software platforms.

  • Ability to attract, develop, and retain top construction talent.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to resolve complex project and personnel issues effectively.

  • Solid understanding of HR policies, health and safety procedures, and risk mitigation practices.

  • Diplomatic, composed under pressure, and skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.

  • High integrity and professionalism in all areas of leadership and decision-making.

  • Deep understanding of construction techniques, project disciplines, cost control, scheduling,

    safety regulations, and engineering standards.

  • Technical knowledge in bridge construction methods including formwork, hoisting, soil

    management, and access systems.

  • Familiarity with the Ontario Health and Safety Act and other relevant provincial and federal

    legislation.

  • Knowledge of various construction contracts and legal impacts of scope and schedule changes.

  • Understanding of union agreements and field workforce management.

  • Familiar with corporate quality assurance processes and risk management protocols.

    Why Join the Team?

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonuses

  • Vehicle allowance or company vehicle

  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision)

  • RRSP matching program

  • Generous vacation and personal days

  • Opportunity to lead high-profile and technically complex bridge projects

  • Strong focus on internal promotion and leadership development

  • Work in a culture that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
