Parts & Service Advisor

LOCATION: Centennial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Montague PE

HOURS: Full Time, permanent position, Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week.

WAGES: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

THE PERFECT FIT:

Were looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in the automotive industry. Youll play a key role in the success of both our Service and Parts Departments by taking on a hybrid position that blends the responsibilities of a Service Advisor and a Parts Advisor. This is a great opportunity to gain experience across both areas, contribute to a collaborative team, and build a well-rounded skill set. Previous experience with shipping and receiving parts is an asset, but were happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Note: While experience in automotive service is preferred, we welcome applicants with a customer service mindset and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

JOB TASKS:

• Service Advisor:
  • Greet customers in person and by phone in a professional, friendly manner
  • Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
  • Document customer concerns and vehicle issues clearly
  • Communicate service options, timelines, and costs
  • Coordinate with technicians and keep customers updated
  • Prepare repair orders and collect payments
  • Assist the Service Manager with customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Parts Advisor
  • Answer parts inquiries and provide quotes
  • Receive and bill parts inventory
  • Maintain inventory levels and track orders
  • Assist technicians with parts requests
  • Keep parts area tidy and well-organized
