Our Closer is responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:

• Maintaining a high level of standard for customer service & product.
• Performing regular shift operations - taking orders, cooking, taking payments, etc.
• Training staff on daily store operations.
• Performing closing duties - daily paperwork, general tidiness of the store, preparation of deposits, etc.
