The Opportunity

Grizzly Supplies is looking for a customer-service oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Surrey, BC. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will communicate directly with our customers over the phone, receive and process orders from our hydraulic seal inventory, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Inside Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Take customer orders over the phone
• Build and maintain relationships with our customers
• Identify customer needs and product opportunities
• Follow up with customers on orders, quotes, and services requested
• Assist with administrative duties for the sales department as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Previous parts sales experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience working with hydraulics and hydraulic seals is a strong asset
• Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Sales or Marketing is an asset
• Strong math skills with the ability to use or learn how to use measuring devices
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a proven ability to work both independently and with others

The total compensation for this role is: $45,000 to $58,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is an onsite role based in Surrey, BC.
