Job Overview:
- Our client is looking for a versatile Business Analyst to lead the successful delivery of customer-facing digital experience initiatives within an Agile hybrid framework.
- The Business Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of mobile applications, marketing, and personalization features using Sitecore and other digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis expertise with project management acumen and is experienced in user-centered design, agile product delivery, and public engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Business Analyst will lead and manage projects related to public-facing mobile apps, Sitecore-powered web portals, and personalization initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and align on business goals.
- Perform end-to-end requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation based on BABOK best practices.
- Develop and maintain business process models and user journey maps.
- Oversee project administration, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and manage user-centered design processes, including journey mapping, end-user testing (UX), and visual design reviews.
- Develop test plans, write test scripts, and manage defect tracking and resolution.
- The Business Analyst will manage product backlogs, sprints, and product delivery using Azure DevOps.
- Utilize tools like Figma and Mural for UX collaboration, design iteration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate public engagement sessions (e.g., focus groups) to inform product design and usability.
- Support delivery and enhancements for public-facing Power BI reports and LiveChat/chatbot solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in both business analysis and project management within digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore Web Experience Manager, custom mobile applications, and public digital interfaces.
- Proven knowledge and application of BABOK standards and practices.
- UX certification and demonstrated expertise in user-centered design and testing.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and agile delivery.
- Familiarity with Figma and Mural for collaborative design and visualization.
- Strong capabilities in test planning, script writing, defect management, and quality assurance.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in public-sector digital service delivery or customer-facing platforms.
- Exposure to marketing automation and personalization technologies.
- Experience with public engagement tools and methodologies (e.g., focus groups, surveys, usability testing).
