What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with our technical and consulting teams to build full stack applications that solve real problems in healthcare, research, and other sectors
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Lightning Web Components) and design systems built in Figma
Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Java, or Python
Integrate platforms like Salesforce, Make.com, DocuSign, and Google Cloud into custom workflows
Use Jira to manage tasks and participate in agile sprints
Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and continuous improvement
Contribute to Salesforce configuration and development projects as part of your learning path
What We're Looking For:
Recent graduate (0–2 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Exposure to or interest in AI technologies is an asset
Experience with or interest in graph databases is an asset
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one back-end language (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python)
Experience working with APIs and building integrations
Familiarity with databases and Git
Experience with declarative programming or Salesforce is a strong plus
CRM experience or Salesforce knowledge is a strong asset; preference given to candidates with Salesforce certifications
Exposure to tools like Figma and Jira is an asset
Interest in healthcare and research-driven technologies is a bonus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are a strong asset
Must be based in London, Ontario with the ability to work from our office 2–3 days per week (no relocation opportunities available)
