What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with our technical and consulting teams to build full stack applications that solve real problems in healthcare, research, and other sectors

• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Lightning Web Components) and design systems built in Figma

• Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Java, or Python

• Integrate platforms like Salesforce, Make.com, DocuSign, and Google Cloud into custom workflows

• Use Jira to manage tasks and participate in agile sprints

• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and continuous improvement

• Contribute to Salesforce configuration and development projects as part of your learning path

What We're Looking For:

• Recent graduate (0–2 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Exposure to or interest in AI technologies is an asset

• Experience with or interest in graph databases is an asset

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one back-end language (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python)

• Experience working with APIs and building integrations

• Familiarity with databases and Git

• Experience with declarative programming or Salesforce is a strong plus

• CRM experience or Salesforce knowledge is a strong asset; preference given to candidates with Salesforce certifications

• Exposure to tools like Figma and Jira is an asset

• Interest in healthcare and research-driven technologies is a bonus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are a strong asset

• Must be based in London, Ontario with the ability to work from our office 2–3 days per week (no relocation opportunities available)
