The Opportunity:

The Systems Coordinator at M&M Food Market is an integral part of the supply chain team. This role will be a key system administrator on several technology platforms including our POS system and our supply chain system that enables value-added supply chain solutions to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the system administration process for item creation, item system maintenance and the end-of-life cycle for products in multiple systems.
  • Resolves store system and item maintenance issues with internal cross functional team members.
  • Ensures all data management is accurate and stores can receive and sell items, by scanning GTIN's and UPC's for all new items during the item activation process.
  • Ensures all stores, suppliers and distribution center information is updated and accurate in the supply chain systems.
  • Enters and manages pricing systems updates and communication to stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the distributor partners to ensure all data management is updated and accurate.
  • Leverages technology to provide value add solutions to internal and external customers.
  • Supports supply chain team as required with reports, analytics and documentation requests.
  • Provides excellent customer service to all M&M Food Market customers.

Requirements:

  • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience with a track record of strong performance.
  • Foodservice or Retail grocery distribution management experience.
  • Must be analytical, and possess strong numerical reasoning skills.
  • Must have ability to develop strong negotiation skills and contract management skills.
  • Be able to lead and participate in cross functional teams.
  • Position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team, ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Maintain professional and positive business relationships both internally and externally.
  • Must be able to leverage new technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Must be detail oriented and computer literate in the MS Office environment (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Must have ability to develop strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is a must.
  • Familiarity with data management and system administration.
  • Reporting and analytics in supply chain systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new aspects of supply chain operations.
