Job Description

About the Client:

Our client is a Series A, Incident Management and Response SaaS startup using AI to bring On-Call and Response under the same roof. Their platform is used today by the likes of LinkedIn, Nvidia and Canva.

The Opportunity:

  • You will be Customer Success hire #3 for a fast-scaling startup, with the chance to dictate future processes and playbooks.
  • You will own the onboarding, implementation, and continuous product adoption for Enterprise accounts (6-figures in ACV and beyond) in North America and beyond.
  • You will own quotas for cross- and up-selling, as well as reducing underutilization and the risk of churn.

The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:

  • 3+ years' of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS firm.
  • Experience dealing with a technical customer (i.e. Engineers).
  • Experience dealing with enterprise accounts ($100k+ ACV).
  • Experience working in a DevOps environment, and any exposure to Salesforce will be a HUGE plus.
