Job Description

We're currently seeking a skilled and experienced ANALYTICS ANALYST to support our client, , within the SAP Operations & Enterprise Analytics division. This role is essential for driving insights through forecasting, optimization, and advanced analytics. It includes developing dashboards and reports, uncovering patterns in large data sets, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to improve data collection and decision-making processes.

The successful candidate will lead or contribute to requirements gathering, data mapping, and user testing efforts, ensuring all analytics solutions are designed and delivered through an agile, sprint-based methodology. This role demands strong business communication skills, hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors, and Azure Databricks, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

LOCATION & WORK HOURS:

• Location: Hybrid; onsite availability in Regina, Saskatchewan is considered an asset.

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

• No overtime or on-call requirements are currently specified.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Qualifications:

• University Degree in administration, computer science, system analysis, or related field

  • • Demonstrated experience with:Microsoft Power BI
  • Azure DevOps
  • OSI Pi Historian
  • IPS Asset Manager
  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • Azure Databricks

• Experience working in a Product Model & SCRUM methodology

• Proven record of continuous improvement

• Strong oral and written communication skills

DELIVERABLES

The Analytics Analyst will:

• Lead or participate in business and technical requirements workshops

• Develop and document user stories and contribute to estimation

• Create detailed functional requirement documentation

• Perform data mapping from source systems to business-friendly outputs

• Work in agile sprints and participate in daily stand-ups

• Define and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Facilitate post-implementation activities

• Lead sprint planning and manage scope with product owners

• Collaborate with solution architects and developers on technical solutions

• Perform process mapping and data lineage tracing

• Define quality assurance strategies and maintain documentation

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a three-year contract role, beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2028, with 100% utilization guaranteed. The position is within the SAP Operations & Enterprise Analytics functional area and is designated as a Senior-level assignment under the client Position Catalogue.
