We're hiring an Account Executive with startup drive and SaaS potential
We're partnering with a founder-led tech company that's carved out a strong niche delivering managed IT services and Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to construction, renovation, and homebuilding businesses across Canada.
Now, they're preparing to launch a SaaS platform built specifically for that same industry—grounded in everything they've learned from years of consulting. As they scale up to support both sides of the business, they're hiring an Account Executive to help drive growth.
This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who's ready to run with the sales process end-to-end—building pipeline, leading discovery calls, and closing deals—with strong mentorship and hands-on coaching from the CEO. You'll be selling high-value consulting services to a clearly defined audience with real pain points and a strong appetite for modern tech solutions.
And when the SaaS product launches, you'll be positioned to help take it to market—with deep context and relationships already in place.
You might be a fit if you:
- Have 1–3 years of sales experience (BDR, AE, or similar) and want to level up
- Are motivated by learning, growth, and building something from the ground up
- Have experience or interest in selling to construction, trades, or field-based businesses
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where you can make a real impact
